Stop! I finally get to Maine and my daughter wants Mexican food? I digest the concept and relent. Wow! Pedro’s, a local staple and icon, was well worth the visit. I stuck to my lobster/seafood obsession, but my “local” kid went for the nachos. Holy guacamole! Best ever. Layers of beans, guac, salsa fresca, cotija and crema. I stand by my lobster ceviche choice, but hers championed our lunch soiree.
