They are the top at perfecting the total cuisine experience, service, food and wine. Server Ashley was a pro, accommodating my wine snobbery with aplomb, a fantastic Barolo! The house-made chicken liver pate with brioche garnished by perfect pickles and cornichons, sooo lip smacking. My dinner choice was the Cast-Iron Coulotte Steak – perfectly prepared with a creamy red Russian kale and marrow toast in a Bordelaise sauce, each bite melding a symphony of flavors. The finale included a Sauterne with a coconut, pineapple frosty dessert, capping the experience as top notch, bar none.
