Have you ever had a Wakataka before? If not,  you’ve probably never been to Galaxie in Nulu! Wakataka are a specialty of theirs – essentially a flat bread taco filled with flavor popping ingredients. This one pictured is the Chipotle Chicken Wakataka and features grilled chicken, arugula, aioli, pico de gallo and cilantro. Come during happy hour and enjoy a nice Margarita and a Wakataka on the side.
