Come for the pizza, stay for the sandwiches. Tried the Caprese over at the Jeffersonville, Indiana location of Parlour (right across the river from Louisville), and it did not disappoint. Shredded mozzarella, smoked chicken, fresh basil, sliced Roma tomatoes, and balsamic glaze drizzle. 10/10 – highly recommend! Major Pro Tip: grab a side of pesto to take it to the next level.
