“The Cousin of Vinnie,” where have you been all my life? That was my immediate reaction after just one bite. Mac ‘n Cheese, seasoned ground beef, vodka sauce, cheese,  tobacco fried onions stuffed between a hard and soft taco – total  perfection! Like our server said, it tasted like a lasagna taco. The kind of taco you didn’t even know you needed and wanted.
