I’ve never tried steak tartare before, but I knew my first time had to be at the renowned Halls Chophouse. The concept always made me skeptical, but as a gal that loves my steak as rare as possible, I went for it. I’m so glad I did. It was tender and flavorful, and the potato chips were a wonderful touch! I enjoyed this splendidly balanced dish, but ultimately had to stop eating it to save room for my ribeye.
