Smoked Sockeye Salmon
This seasonal, smoked sockeye salmon filet is the best salmon I’ve ever had, no joke! It was truly the star of the show. On top of a creamy pesto sauce, balsamic glazed brussels, crispy potatoes and roasted tomatoes, the salmon was sweet and salty all in one. A drizzle of balsamic and microgreens rounded out the perfect dish. Smoked right here in-house, this is the freshest of fish and the atmosphere is awesome.
