Plum Wine Poached Pear
Masu is known for its INCREDIBLY fresh sushi, but today I came for the dessert. This dish really lit up my soul. The plum wine-soaked pear, whipped ricotta, granola and cotton candy on top pairs (no pun intended) wayyy too well! I can’t believe this hasn’t been thought of before. It’s not too heavy of a dessert, so it’s just the perfect way to close out a meal.
