The Deli just opened in Louisville at 3801 Willis. Inside things are simple and so is their focus–huge, fresh deli sandwiches. You can pick your choice of bread, up to 4 proteins (yes 4!), select a cheese and all the fix’ns! I was also pleasantly surprised to see their cuts of choice are all quality Boars Head.
