What an awesome time we had at Enso! The Kentucky Lamb Ribs were the star of this particular evening. If you want tender, perfect, fall-off-the-bone flavor, these are for you! As to the rest of the experience, I love how they give you a warm towel to clean your hands at the start of your meal, and a cup of chicken broth to warm your belly before enjoying your food. I’ve never been to Japan but I felt transported. Don’t forget to check out their “specials” menu. I’m talking to you, tuna caviar!
