F-150 Cup
Sam Walton built Bentonville and his American spirit and value is reflected all over town. The main square is a scene right out of a Norman Rockwell, only it’s real. With puffy thunderheads filling the humid dusk sky, a line had formed around this quaint ice cream parlor. I tucked into a simple cup of ice cream with a flavor called F-150, which I assume is named after Sam’s beloved truck in the Walmart Museum next door. My two scoops featured a little bit of everything red: strawberries, cherry, red velvet cake, who knows what else? I added a squirt of whipped cream and it was perfect! And two bucks total. No joke. Hello 1969?
