Maybe the largest and best-prepared breakfast item on earth! Think breakfast burrito (you know those), and smother it in green pork chili sauce. Add scrambled eggs, ham, onion and green pepper. Stuff it with tater tots! And behold. The fillings are top drawer. The green chili sauce is piquant and tangy. The cheddar cheese melt is done just right. They nearly had to roll me out of there to catch my flight home. Sam’s downtown is a cheery location blocks off the convention center with tables and friendly counter service and a huge menu. Perfect. Day or night.
