Who passes up an opportunity to hang out in an Irish pub on St. Patrick’s Day? Not if I can help it! Ahhh fun, sitting at the bar listening to the lively music, patrons drinking Guinness or whiskey, and eating house made bangers and mash, lamb stew and corned beef and cabbage. Starting with a big fresh pretzel, soft inside and a slight crunch on the outside, yum! I love lamb, so I ordered lamb stew and corned beef. Nice thick soup with bite-sized chunks of lamb, fresh veggies and a bit o’ spice! The corned beef and cabbage was soft, creamy, spicy, and delicious! Amazing service in the packed-to-the-gills resto. If you love beer, uniquely different ales and a separate beer garden, visit Brickstore Pub in Decatur, Georgia.
