This pudding is pure corn-filled bliss with a slightly spicy kick. I’ve had it on my mind since 2021. Yes, I’ve been thinking about it since I first had it four years ago and yes, it exceeded expectations in 2025. What a stellar side dish! Obviously, it pairs well with hot chicken. Hopefully I’m not waiting years to eat it again. This is the ideal side for cob snobs!
