Outstanding blackened redfish at Harry’s Seafood in St. Augustine, FL. For only $3.99 more you can get it blue crab crusted. This made it “Blue Crab Crusted Blackened Redfish.” That’s three colors in one dish! Such a marvel, perfectly cooked and incredibly delicious. Also enjoyed an order of excellent fried green tomatoes. Harry’s is located in a beautiful and historic red three-story building right on the Matanzas River. Established in 1987, they serve the best of southern, cajun and creole flavors in classic and modern dishes. If you ever visit Florida, I highly recommend you find the nearest one. There are five locations throughout the state.
