Lobster Roll
I don’t order lobster rolls at restaurants. I just don’t. It’s not worth it for me when I can make them at home just as delicious for a fraction of the cost. Howeverrrrr… My knees buckle at silky, perfectly cooked lobster tossed in butter on a warm brioche with a light skim of mayo. That’s right! You don’t have to choose butter or mayo. You get both!
