What’s the first thing you think of when visiting Mississippi? Sushi of course! So I found myself a seat at my fav viewing spot at the sushi bar at Little Tokyo in the buzzy Fondren district of Jackson. Along with my tasty hot sake, I was presented with a beautiful plate of the freshest fish on a bed of thinly sliced orange in a ponzu sauce. Every bite was a flavorful, jalapeno-infused delicacy. If not solo occupying the bar, the restaurant space has a nice warehouse-y vibe. Were I a regular to the state Capital, this would be my spot.
