K-Food Grill, a new addition to the Portland dining scene, is already making waves with its authentic and insanely delicious Korean cuisine. Their Bibimbap is a standout dish, beautifully presented like a vibrant work of art. The colorful assortment of seasoned vegetables — spinach, mushrooms, carrots and bean sprouts — contrasts beautifully against the warm bed of rice. The marinated beef is tender and flavorful, while the perfectly fried egg adds a rich touch. If you’re eager to support a new local gem, this is the place to go. I know I’ll be returning!
