Right across the river on the sunny side of Louisville, you can get all the ice cream treats you never knew you needed or wanted! The Croffle & Bubble waffles stood out the most, and with so many variations to try, our heads were spinning with indecision. Opting for the bubble waffle with Superman ice cream and marshmallow cream, and the croffle with Blue Bell ice cream – our hearts melted just as fast as the ice cream on top of the warm waffles, as we took our first bites. This place is a dream and we think you’ll love it too.
