Yellowtail Carpaccio
At first glance you want to just stare at this carpaccio (and take a picture of course). But then you see that everything on the menu is Japanese fusion with an Italian flare. This yellowtail includes avocado, masago, red tobiko and cilantro vinaigrette, served with ponzu sauce topped with micro greens. Then you absolutely devour the dish and regret having offered to share it. It’s as delicious as it looks. I can see clearly now that I’m going to be a regular at CinKuni.
