The concept is that you watch your meats cooked on skewers right at your table-side. The twist is that you don’t have to do any work, as the skewers are on an automatic rotator. The meats come raw and are grilled over a charcoal grill while you snack on side dishes and dipping sauces (soy sauce, gochujang, and dry rub). If you like spicy, the signature tender lamb marinated in aromatic spices has great heat. The goal is to try as many of the meats as you can. Good luck, as the menu is extensive.
