Tortellini Blanco
One of the things I love most about San Vicente Resort’s Par Lounge and Deck are their creative, chef-driven dinner specials! I was delighted recently by a dish called “Tortellini Blanco.” Tortellini pasta with ricotta, pecorino and porcini mushroom, plus cream, prosciutto, English pea and Parmigiano Reggiano. It was such a beautifully presented, great tasting entrée. No predicting when it might appear next, but you won’t be disappointed by the rest of the menu.
