This bruschetta’s texture was the perfetto combination of crispy toasted bread, supple tomatoes and creamy ricotta. My husband and I were there for our anniversary, and the high ceilings, yet cozy ambiance was a perfect romantic setting, right in the heart of the city’s bustling entertainment district, just steps from the Van Andel Arena. The servers took excellent care of us and even offered a complimentary dessert in honor of our special occasion (creme brulee, which was silky smooth and delectable). The 25-year-old restaurant has been a West Michigan pioneer in local, sustainable ingredients while they serve up Italian and French cuisine. It’s one of my go-to “special occasion” places.
