So, if you happen to be driving between Denver and Canada on I-25, or say Omaha and Reno on I-80, this is your honky-tonk beef stop. Big, friendly, unassuming, and a local Wyoming menu to make your heart sing. I hunkered down at the bustling saloon bar, worked the road edge off with a house scotch, and tucked into a simple sirloin and baked potato. Go out west and local beef tastes different. Shipped into a NY steakhouse this cut is fifty bucks minimum. Here, 26. Robust meaty flavor, a baked spud larger than your head, and a green salad with ranch dressing. Perfection. Worth the drive.
