From Tel-Aviv to Brooklyn, I have had them all. The go-to ultimate remedy: chicken soup. A brand new gem opened in my neighborhood that has seen its share of tenants come and go. This one is here to stay. With enough shredded chicken to fill a plateful of burritos, my enormous bowl of steaming hot Sopa de Pollo was delivered to a dozen envious onlooking eyes. The flavor abounds with fresh cilantro, chopped onion, carrots, whatever – crazy great! Get it and love it. Everyone else’s choices looked delectable, but I am the soup guy.
