Rockfish Sashimi
When restaurants closed or were forced to take-out options, we missed the most valued part of the meal, and that was the dining experience. Eating at home with take-outs can never replace the immersive experience, especially when they are as amazing as at Matsu, the new restaurant by Chef William Eick. We eat with our eyes first, and their dishes are all as visually stunning as this rockfish sashimi with daikon and eucalyptus ponzu. The style is uniquely Japanese, both with ingredients and presentation. One thing is for sure, and that is, every dish is a visual, emotional, taste and aromatic adventure.
