Simple, yet elegantly perfect. This beautifully seasoned, freshly caught slab of Ruby Red Trout will make your mouth water. Fairly priced and abundant in size, at this local go-to nothing on the menu is “over-sauced” or engineered. Having grown up in the DC area, I used to frequent the Houston’s in Rockville, MD. My “new” Houston’s is in the trendy area of Winter Park. If fish isn’t your thing, I would also highly recommend the kale salad or the daily fresh ground burgers. Their daily soups are all fantastic and they make a mean rotisserie chicken. You can’t go wrong. Bon Appetit!
