How do you pick just one dish from this fabulous, industrial converted old brick building in Columbus with multiple casual dining opportunities? Not easy! But this pork squealed out for attention. Moist, barky and they sprinkle their season salt on for good measure. From the Ohio-based Barrel & Boar family, I’m sure the sauces and sides were terrif, but I barely sampled them because the main was that darned good.
