If you are a fan of sushi accompanied by a chic enviornment and lively energy, O-Ku is a must. O-Ku combines traditional asian cuisine but with a southern spin, as seen with this delicious dish: the potato roll. Never would I have imagined that shoe-string potatoes and sushi would go together, but this is easily the best sushi roll I have ever tried (and trust me, I have eaten A LOT of sushi). Think of your traditional California roll but with a subtle crunch and sweetened by flavorful eel sauce. Now this may be a hot take, but any time I order sushi I also need to order a side of fried rice, and the O-Ku fried rice is not messing around. Highly, highly recommend. If you are looking for a place with a cool vibe, in a walkable area, with fresh and delectable food, give O-Ku a try.
