Starling’s menu combines influences from across the globe, and that approach especially shines in the pork belly tacos.  A mash-up of a Mexican street taco and Vietnamese bahn mi, the tortillas are loaded with succulent strips of pork belly, a swipe of liver pate, pickled daikon and carrot, mint, cilantro and jalapeno. The fresh herbs add a welcome brightness, balancing the richness of the pork belly and pate, and the pickles provide a delightful crunch. Starling is located in Edina, a suburb of Minneapolis.
