Located in the beautiful Edgewater hotel in the quaint downtown area of Winter Garden, is one of my favorite dining establishments in all of Central Florida. Welcome to the Chef’s Table, which offers fine dining in addition to a much more casual menu offered in their Tasting Room. That is where I found my new go-to, the Beef Wellington Mini Trio. Each bite brings amazing palate-pleasers like the delicate home made pastry and perfectly aged and prepared beef tenderloin. It’s all prepared with a host of what may well be proprietary blend spices and herbs. The effect is dazzling. Make the short trip from the theme parks or downtown. You will be glad you did.
