Carmines offers excellent Italian dishes with fresh simple ingredients and a perfect wine list, earning Wine Spectator ‘s Award of Excellence in the last five years alone. We started with Clams Oreganata, deliciously sweet ,juicy and herby. Then, the Rigatoni Aragosta Lobster! A rich creamy lobster bisque sauce cradled the house made pasta and big chunks of sweet lobster, tomatoes, peas and zucchini. Dipping my crusty bread in sauce, with a nice super Tuscan, I was in heaven. Perfetto!
