While tiramisu is probably the most famous of all Italian desserts, it’s impossible for me to say no to limoncello sponge cake. Perhaps it is the decadence of the mascarpone cheese, or the cake batter that is so light from the limoncello. These are the times that I wish I was a better baker – although ordering it from Basilicò La Pizzeria is a lot less work.
