The lemon ricotta pancakes at The Clinkscale are among the best tasting and textured hotcakes I’ve put in my mouth. The dish includes a blueberry compote, maple syrup and artful adornment of whipped cream. One of the newest restaurants in Jerome, Arizona, nestled on the side of a mountain between Prescott and Sedona, The Clinkscale opened in December 2020. It occupies the lower level of the Clinkscale Building built in 1899, which includes a charming hotel and bar. The restaurant has a beautiful, historic atmosphere, exquisite menu and friendly, professional staff. A highlight? One Cent Mimosas with purchase of a brunch dish! Highly recommended if you ever visit this quirky little mining town. Any traveler of the American Southwest should have it on their list.
