Winner, winner, chicken soup dinner! In my quest to find new spots that have outstanding soup options, I stumbled across this Latin cause celebre. Morenas is located in a newish shopping area in Apopka offering a delightfully varied menu featuring authentic Latin fare. I went over the weekend and was thrilled to see chicken soup on the menu. A massive bowl of steaming hot, fresh, chicken-laden nirvana. Seasonings, homemade noodles, veggies and delicately prepared potatoes. A full meal for $12, but on Monday-Friday it is only $10 during lunch.
