What a delightful carnivorous experience Soul Gastrolounge turned out to be. A small space and Covid restrictions left us with only an hour to enjoy, but tapas and unique cocktails did not disappoint. We thoroughly enjoyed the crispy French Fries with garlic herb salt, pecorino and truffle oil, fresh Country Greek Salad, tasty Lamb Lollipop Chops (pictured here) and luscious Bone Marrow menu items with lip smacking fun and a craft cocktail. Hip happy hour music played softly in the background. The portions were perfect for two people to share. The Lamb Lollipops portion were surprisingly generous and grilled with a bit of crunch on the outside and a juicy medium pink on the inside. Yum! Our waiter was fast, efficient and friendly. The service was perfectly timed, but not rushed. Go hungry if you can only get in at 5 p.m. due to the popularity of this hip pub fare.
