Thick unctuous noodles in a crazy rich broth, complemented with shredded chicken and a couple of scrumptious quail eggs. The zest comes from a healthy dollop of lime, chili oil, green onion and cilantro. I got the last serving before it was 86’ed halfway through a Saturday night. I got lucky.
