I prefer cold iced beverages all year long. Sometimes I just get tired of iced water or coffee. One day several months ago I ordered Tatte’s iced chocolate, large of course. It had me from the words Valrhona chocolate. It is not as heavy as  the chocolate milk you drank as a kid. It’s smooth and luxurious, rich in chocolate flavor but not overpowering. I wish I could learn to just sip, as opposed to inhaling it. By the time I reach my car, I am holding a cup with ice.
