Tucked away on a back alley just a block from bustling High Street in Columbus’ vibrant Short North neighborhood, you’ll find Tasi Café. It’s a small, unassuming spot full of the most delicious, fresh breakfast dishes you can imagine. For me, the star of this little gem is their huevos rancheros. Perfectly poached eggs swim in a pool of spicy, chunky tomato sauce and you push each bite onto your fork with golden, melty wedges of black bean quesadilla. But don’t be fooled by the casual atmosphere – there’s a method to the madness at Tasi and you best wait in line to place your order before taking a seat.
