The hot pot craze is here to stay. With roughly 25 options available in or near the City Beautiful, Juicy Pot is my fave for when I want to make it a true event. For an extra five bucks I always add the unlimited appetizer option. Try a whole crab and a couple of Korean wings. Then there are stations for all kinds of meats, veggies, sauces and more. I often combine two broth options to create 10-star flavors. Last night it was Tom Yum (hot & sour) with the Ginseng Oxtail broth. Nirvana! The next two hours are a boiling bliss party. Snap up various types of noodles or rice that are on a conveyor system circling the restaurant. Grab 100 napkins, go nuts and top your night off with an ice cream sandwich.
