First time visiting Sea Salt Pho & Sushi in 4S Ranch and I was impressed! Quick, efficient and friendly table service here. The menu is quite large and expansive. In fact there is an overflow whiteboard list of items, so be sure to check that out. One appetizer I regularly order at any Asian restaurant is Gyoza (also known as pot stickers). Gyoza are Japanese pan-fried dumplings that are crisp and golden on the bottom and juicy inside. Typically filled with minced pork, chicken or shrimp. The dumplings here were excellent! It made the perfect starter to my main course dish of Shrimp Yakisoba. I also enjoyed a nice glass of Chardonnay, served properly chilled and just right. Highly recommended. I’ll be back!
