Grilled Shrimp Salad
We have discovered the Nauti Lobstah, just off of Main Street in Apopka. Not only do we like it, we love it (having dined there 6 times in the last two months alone)! Cara and Mike are the real New England deal, as Mike is a Johnson & Wales grad with that unique gift of all things culinary. I started with the mandatory chowdah (extra hot!) and followed up with an entree-sized house salad adorned with six beautifully seasoned grilled shrimp. Add in fresh organic greens, tomato, onion, Gorgonzola, strawberries, blueberries, seasoned croutons and a homemade Balsamic vinaigrette dressing. Light, but perfectly satisfying. There is beautiful outdoor seating for this time of year or when we bring Nelson, our Goldendoodle. Don’t forget the key lime pie – it is outrageous!
