If you happen to find yourself moseying down Highway 54 in Kansas about halfway between Wichita and Dodge City, I would highly recommend you pop into N’Cahoots Coffee Shop for a bite to eat. Order at the counter. There’s baked goods and nice coffee drinks and a handful of dishes featured on the menu board. I went with the Three-Cheese Musketeer: American, provolone and cheddar along with some flavorful and chewy bacon on toasted sourdough bread. The 3 cheeses were not too much and the goo factor was excellent. Pure creature comforts on a rainy Kansas afternoon.
