Okay! You know you’ve stumbled upon something when it’s 8 in the morning and there’s a line halfway down the street. Here on this non-descript Albuquerque corner people are ordering up epic amounts of baked goods. When I finally got to the window I had to follow my eye to make a rapid fire decision. This danish hits every note. Sweet, sour, sugary, the bitter fruit complementing the sweet pastry just right. I could have ordered the entire window, everything looked so good. Go early.  Burque is only open Thursday through Sunday 8-2, or until sold out.
