The entrance to DC’s Chinatown is a grand and ornate arch. Pass beneath and you will find a smattering of restaurants to choose from. I selected the innocuous Full Kee because the tables were full and it looked authentic, not touristy. I was not disappointed. My beloved fish ball soup had its mainstay floating in a lovely broth, crowned with a sprinkle of green onion and rich with unctuous foon noodles. The salty fish balls had a fabulous springy texture. I’m coming back with friends to sample the rest of the menu.
