Scratch Kitchen and Taproom offers up a divine, often seasonal cocktail list, and the food is great too.  At the Apex location just outside of Raleigh the firecracker shrimp is an easy choice for a fun app. Crisped shrimp and pickled okra in their scratch-made sauce. I’ve also ordered their Poké Bowl countless times, as nutrient packed as it is delicious. Lots of choices here not to be missed!
