Diver scallops
Diver scallops are relatively easy to make at home, but when prepared with English peas, heirloom carrots, sauce romesco, bagna cauda, and plated so beautifully, I give up. I’d rather order them at insideOUT, an elevated modern restaurant and lounge in Hillcrest. Just like this dish, everything tastes as good as it looks, and taking photos is almost mandatory.
