Crawfish & shrimp in a finely-seasoned roux, vegetables, and perfectly made dirty rice make for a momentous event! We love Tibby’s, as it brings us back memories of so many binge-eating journeys to our beloved city of New Orleans. All of their legit Cajun dishes are spot on, but it is the Étouffée that has me coming back monthly. Next time you are in the city beautiful, take the ride to Tibby’s and buckle up.
