Country Breakfast 1851
Refined, elegant, and yet as cozy as a neighborhood cafe, Guenther House (the museum) is a restored flour mill. The restaurant sits pretty greeting you at its congenial pale green porch. I tucked into the Country Breakfast 1851. The gravy was light and flecked with sausage bits. The fluffy eggs and perfectly salty potatoes all scoop well with it, along with the light and flavorful biscuit. I loved the fact that the plate was just full enough to not be daunting, and the Founder coffee is deelish! Come here with friends or for a business meeting. It’s a real find.
