The restaurant name translates to “cure yourself” and the food, drinks and atmosphere do just that. One of the most memorable morsels we’ve eaten in a long time was something we ordered spontaneously. Cúrate chorizo wrapped in potato chips was unique but addicting, savory and salty in all the right ways with a crispy exterior. This simple but stunning combo of pig and chip is a one of a kind aperitivo I would absolutely travel for again!
